IMPACT Developer & Contractor este o societate comerciala pe actiuni, cu capital integral privat mixt, ce activeaza in domeniul dezvoltarii imobiliare.
Inca din anul 1991 la intrarea sa pe piata, Impact Developer & Contractor s-a remarcat ca unul dintre cei mai importanti si de succes dezvoltatori din Romania.
In anul 1995, Impact Developer & Contractor a introdus, pentru prima data in Romania, conceptul de "ansamblu rezidential".
Din anul 1996 este este primul dezvoltator imobiliar cotat la Bursa Romana de Valori Bucuresti.
In anul 1998 Impact devine membru al National Association of Home Builders - USA. Compania este considerata astazi, la nivel european, ca fiind un etalon pentru piata dezvoltarilor imobiliare din Romania avand o prezenta activa pe pietele imobilare internationale.
Incepand cu anul 2006 Compania Impact lanseaza pe piata imobiliara din Romania proiecte de dezvoltare mixta (integrand residential, office, retail, comercial cu functiuni publice de crtier). Aceste proiecte au o scara de dezvoltare larga si aduc pe piata din Romania un nou concept de dezvoltare: "Comunitate Urbana Integrata".

Cerinte
Ideal candidate:
- University degree;
- Experience in sales (services, high value products);
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills;
- Proactive attitude and customer orientation;
- Hard-working, able to cope with pressure
- Good command of English
- PC literate;
- Smart appearance
- Driver`s license category B.
Responsabilitati / Realizari
Role: To achieve sales objectives and fulfill customer satisfaction through professional presentation and proactive selling attitude in order to create best customer experience to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through prospecting the market for Company`s products.
- Organise meetings with potential clients to identify their needs and requirements.
- Draw-up personalized offers for clients.
- Participate in real-estate fairs to identify new clients and present Company`s offer
- Maintain and expand customer database by finding new potential clients / partners depending on the desired profile.
- Constantly keep in touch with clients in order to obtain a high degree of their satisfaction.
- Draw-up the offer and analysis it with the customer.
- Follow up for the contracted clients (requests, payments, addenda) till there are handovered to the customer representative.
