The Microsoft Global Technical Support Centre in Bucharest provides technical service and support for Microsoft’s European Enterprise and Developer customers. German language teaching / training qualification or equivalent in intercultural training field Bachelor’s degree Teaching experience and/or intercultural training experience Intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness in a work environment Strong work ethic, commitment to results, and desire to excel in a corporate environment Testing experience is a distinct advantage Corporate training / business experience a distinct advantage. Familiarity with MS Windows and MS Office, and comfort level with learning new software (training / support provided) |

| Responsabilitati / Realizari | |||||
|
Training Train staff in core training modules and workshops for communicating effectively in English with customer from varied cultures. Adapt and design training modules and workshops for delivery. Quality Assurance Monitor quality of technical and customer support in terms of language and intercultural skills for phone calls, emails, and chat messaging. Develop quality monitoring plan in line with data on staff performance and consultation with managers. Keep accurate, up-to-date records. Use appropriate assessment tools (training provided where needed). Coaching Where appropriate identify staff for coaching, which typically takes place one-on-one or with small groups of up to 4 trainees. Assess needs in conjunction with key stakeholders and performance data, and define objectives and learning plan. Prepare coaching sessions in line with best practices for intercultural and language learning. Evaluate staff progress and complete all reporting requirements as needed. |
