| Responsabilitati / Realizari | |||||

- Overall management of the PeopleSoft Support group. Manages work of all analysts, both technical and functional, in Application Support Section. Responsibility for day to day operations (support) and for management of all projects within his section; - Liaise with Finance user groups (finance and other groups), to ensure an adequate level of support is maintained by the PeopleSoft Support group. Be the voice for the user group and the Support group to the rest of the organization; - Cooperate with Solution Group and Finance & Risk Transformation Project to ensure requirements are communicated and deal with any PeopleSoft related issues; Cooperate with IT Assist for ongoth helpdesk support requirements; Cooperate with the Finance & Risk Transformation Project change management team for ongoing change requirements and protocols; - Cooperate with other IT support operations to ensure that business requirements and impacts are communicated and that other organizational IT initiatives are reviewed to determine the timelines and impacts on daily operation of system in production mode; - Monitor and evaluate user requests for PeopleSoft enhancements. Perform feasibility and reasonability analyses on request, prioritize and assign responsibility to the Support group. Communicate time frames and testing results to the users and business owners; - Maintain in the Support team an acceptable level of PeopleSoft knowledge, understanding of the local design and the company\'s Core Model requirements to effectively maintain the system; - Ensure documentation is maintained for all new and existing functionalities. Ensure documentation is safeguarded and appropriate technology is maintained for PeopleSoft design literature and training materials. - Prepare for serving other countries(adopting procedures and best practices) Additional job information - This role demands both managerial and substantial (functional) knowledge. The team leader works as a principal to the support team members with the team. - The Finance department operates in an international, dynamic environment, in which support has to be delivered in all working days (12x6), in constantly changing situations. ITIL is used as the standard process management methodology. - Incidents in operational systems often have to be solved without any delay. The support analyst must therefore work under great time pressure, as the financial information systems are business critical and their non-availability represents a high commercial risk for the company. |
