Cerinte

Our successfull candidate should have the following abilities & knowhow:

- Proficient in Business English
- Experience with UNIX operating systems
- SUN Solaris 8,9 and 10
- HP-UX 11
- RedHat Enterprise Linux
- Experience with different NAS and SAN storage systems
- perl and apache knowledge
- Knowledge of any of the following desirable: AIX, JBoss, Netbackup, Sendmail, BIND, MySQL, Squid and Media Streaming technologies
- Basic trouble ticketing system knowledge
- Availability to travel abroad for training on the job
- Availability for flexible working hours and on call duty
- Team skills, results and quality orientation, customer focus, ability to learn, good organizing skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Understanding of ITIL Service Delivery and Support disciplines and methodologies

Responsabilitati

From this position, You will be offering remote 2nd level support for Unix and Storage systems.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will consists in:

• Performing a defined System Administration and support tasks necessary to maintain UNIX Server systems at optimum working level
• Supporting a Solaris and Apache server farm delivering
• Maintenance of UNIX Server systems at the appropriate operating system patch and hotfix levels in order to maximize systems security availability and reliability.
• Management of UNIX Server environments in accordance with defined Service Levels
