Cerinte

Our successful candidate should have the following abilities, knowhow & experience:
- Proficient in Business English
- Windows Server / IIS / Microsoft certified: Windows Server 2000, 2003, File & Print Services, Exchange 2003, Active Directory Management
- ISP Experience will be taken in consideration
- Understanding of ITIL services delivery and support methodologies
- In depth understanding of Windows Technologies
- Availability to travel abroad for training on the job
- Good teamwork, communication, customer focus and cultural awareness skills

Responsabilitati

From this position You will be offering 2nd level support within the Server Operations Team for one of our global clients.
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- Administration of Windows Server Systems in an Internet Facing environment
- Review and technically approve all significant changes to the environment
- Perform trend analysis
- Provide 3rd line operational support of Windows Server systems
- Ownership and management of technical escalations
