| Responsabilitati / Realizari | |||||
|
Handles inbound and outbound calls; Offers required information to the customers (about account value, fund units, buying/selling fund unit value, Eureko products); Contributes for research and competitive analyses; Receives and checks client’s reclamations; Centralises the returned mail; Keeps the communication between various departments and agencies network; Creates and updates the database with potential customers coordinates; Creates, prints and sends the monthly report to agencies with all the letetrs sent to customers; Maintains and improves the communication flow between customers and company’s representatives. |
