In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region.

Cerinte

•Fluency in English and Turkish
•Minimum Bachelor's degree or last year of studies
•Analytical skills, communication skills, team orientation
•Accounting / Finance / Administration experience is an advantage
•Experience using Microsoft package (especially Excel) is an advantage.
•Capability to interact in a multicultural environment
•Ability to work autonomously/ virtually

Responsabilitati

•Organizes own tasks and receives general instructions on all work.
•Ensure timely and quality creation and regular maintenance of purchase orders
•Ensure prompt authorizations of purchase order related invoice discrepancies
•Ensure vendor information is promptly and proactively updated to reflect updated records
•Exercises independent judgment within defined guidelines and procedures to determine appropriate action
•Ensures accurate and timely order administration
•Monitors the day to day activity in order to achieve excellence in execution
•Increase stakeholders satisfaction ratings and escalate issues on a timely manner
