In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region.

Education and experience
•First level university degree or equivalent.
•4 - 6 years experience in business related function, with direct responsibility for an asset/process.

Skills
•Advanced communication skills (written - email and business writing, verbal, presentation).
•Excellent English language level, oral and written.
•Proficiency with MS Office applications.
•Advanced Share point management.
•Understanding of document management and WEB publishing basics.
•Ability to work in a virtual multi-cultural team.
•Operational excellence skills - analytical skills, end-to-end ownership, accuracy, reliability, performance and quality driven.
•Leadership skills - personal integrity, effectiveness, problem solving mindset, ability to take quick decisions, high energy level, ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilitati

•Ownership of EMEA push communication and HP product non-structured information process, based on two main tools - 3P (publishing tool) and Concentra (document repository) and profiling tool Siebel.
•Management of the business process driving publishing - assessment of publishing requests; design and implementation of specific publishing initiatives; management of document lifecycle; optimization of publishing process.
•Management of a team in charge of publishing workflow.
•Management of publishing community - user trainings, publisher newsletters, share point management, user support.
•Globalization of publishing processes - prioritization of new high impact publishing requests; developing and maintenance of global standard operating procedures and global training documents; definition of new global publishing requirements; regional project activities related to implementation of new requirements (analysis of design of changes, business testing).
•Defining business metrics of publishing success and delivering business analysis based on provided reports - content availability, content usage and providing synthesized metrics to management.
•Working closely with stakeholders - BU's, countries, other teams within the Global Partner Portal eco-system.
