• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu, Red Hat) servers and workstations administration (5-7 years) • Low level system administration of large production processes and environments like e-commerce • Experience in monitoring and installing security patches • Excellent communication skills • Fluent English is a must along with proficient written English language skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team member with minimal direction and with strong customer focus • Willing and able to be part of cross-team and global projects and initiatives |

|
• Systems Administration for a wide range of servers (Linux and windows), network devices (Firewall, Load Balancers, etc) and associated services • Implement company security policies and procedures in our hosted software services group and ensure the technology application portfolio is in compliance with Information security standards • Participate in designing the infrastructure for web based application farms • Monitor web applications • Be a part of the second line support organization for infrastructure issues • Participate in identifying and remedying infrastructure problems • Handle and resolve issues escalated from the production operational environment on a 24x7 basis • Design and maintain production monitoring systems • Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and scalability issues • Cross train other application engineers, and train IT application administrators as needed |
