We are servicing our corporate clients by searching, attracting, selecting and presenting the most suitable IT&C specialists in order to complete their teams, as well as consulting them with regard to their present and potential human resources needs.

Cerinte

• Minimal 2-3 years work experience with ERP systems• Practical knowledge of help desk and change management process and tools
• Experience in user training and preparation training materials
• Fluent English
• Willingness to work in Cluj on a full-time basis

Responsabilitati

1. Maintain and enhance all existing inbound and outbound interfaces into the General Ledger; document enhancements and ensure communication of changes is made to the users and to other Support team members.
2. Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and on request interfaces. Be available for a call in the event that an interface is not running successfully. Monitor the background sessions in the ERP system and clear errors.
3. Aid in the evaluation of user requests for enhancements.
4. Ensure that all Service Level Agreements are met with regard to all ERP system availability, reliability, data integrity and recoverability.
5. Update and maintain documentation including the Development Design Documents.
6. Maintain an acceptable knowledge level of system functionality and development by continuing and ongoing education and by keeping a knowledge data base.
7. Understand and build security requirements for each ERP user; guide users in determining their requirements for authorization.
8. Work with Internal Audit to make sure proper security controls and parameters are in place and re-evaluated when necessary.
9. On-going resolution of security related problems and follow-up the effectiveness of resolution.
