• Minimal 3 yrs experience with ERP systems • Practical, basic knowledge (understanding) of financial accounting in insurance • Practical knowledge of help desk and change management processes and tools • Experience in user training and preparation training materials • Fluent English • International Project Management experience is an advantage • Willingness to work in Cluj on a full-time basis |

| Responsabilitati / Realizari | |||||
|
1.Maintain and control Finance Master Data, Chart of Accounts (CoA) and ING Core Model data (one common set of principles for Finance in ING) and appropriate configuration. 2.Monitor and evaluate user requests for enhancement, ING Core Model modifications and potential change requests. Perform feasibility and reasonability analyses on request and assign to them a priority level. Implement enhancements in accordance to ING’s business approach, business requirements, and ERP design. 3.Provide support to user inquiries on sub-ledger and GL processing. Research and follow-up on complicated problems or questions in a timely manner. Resolve problems, document solutions and communicate resolutions to appropriate parties. 4.Update and maintain all related training documentation. Offer “refresher” training on old course topics as required and create and deliver training or communication on enhancements to sub-ledger and GL processing functionality. 5.Maintain an acceptable knowledge level of functionality for sub-ledger and GL processing by continuing an ongoing education on these topics. Monitor and recommend actions on appropriate upgrades or new releases. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on system capabilities and support implementation of new releases. 6.Monitor & maintain Period-End Close processes by: (1) validating interface runs, (2) reconciling between sub-ledgers and the GL and (3) resolving errors. 7.Project Management: manage one or two (sub-) projects covering developments and changes in information systems. |
