Cerinte

• University degree in law from State University;
• Experience of minimum 2 years as in-house counsel or lawyer;
• Good knowledge in the key areas of law relevant for trade companies (particularly: commercial law, company law, civil law, civil procedure law);
• Good English knowledge.

Responsabilitati

The incumbent is responsible for providing immediate support to Legal Consultancy Department for day-by-day assignments, administration of the company legal archive, monitoring the retrieving of bad debts (inclusively by providing legal assistance to the Company’s Sales Department in recovery of bad debts), monitoring the Company’s litigations in all fields of activity (inclusively by preparing the files for litigation, maintaining the relation with the Company’s external lawyers), drafting and reviewing legal documents such as legal opinions, notifications, agreements, addenda, etc.
