Cerinte

•Bachelor Degree in Finance;
•Good command of French Canadian both oral and written;
•Prior experience in JDE/other ERP Systems
•1 up to 5 years experience in Finance/BPO industry;
•Previous experience in risk management;
•Prior experience in AR process;
•Keen to take ownership responsibility;
•Proactive in solving day to day issues;
•Good communication and development skills;
•Good understanding of Financial Statements;
•Open to work in shifts;
•Team player;
•Flexible approach;
•Proficiency in MS Office

Responsabilitati

Collect/ follow-up with customers on outstanding debt;
•Query resolution;
•Customer ledgers scrutiny;
•Sending statements to customer;
•Assisting with periodic audits;
•Managing escalation calls;
•Weekly aged debt review;
