In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Cerinte

Education
- HNC/HND in Business or IT

Experience
- Experience in sales admin support job
- Experience with databases or system administrations
- Experience in project management
- Experience in acting as liaison between various organizations including IT
- Extensive experience with computers: MS Office, databases

Knowledge
- Broad knowledge of administration, report generation and database inputs
- Knowledge of systems environment

Skills
- Analytical skills
- Interpersonal & communication skills (telephone, clarity, ...)
- Customer oriented
- Very rigorous and organized

Language
- Fluent in English, verbal and written

Responsabilitati

1. System administrator and user support
The administrator is responsible for the administration of the PDM tools (MyPart, PDM database) used as a referential for the set-up of the product exhibit, product pricing and product roadmap. This includes:
- Ensure that the different PDM tools are adapted to the business changes
- Provide support and training to the PDM coordinators and ensure they user the tools properly
- Responsible to involve IT support as required

2. PDM process expert
Maintain and adjust PDM processes according to changing business needs
Represent PSG EMEA as process expert in all PDM activities
