In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region. Education - HNC/HND in Business or sales or equivalent experience Experience - One or two years experience in sales admin support job with basic administrative and clerical support - Experience in taking care of ongoing business - Experience in acting as liaison between various internal organizations - System administrative - Extensive experience with computers: MS Office, database entry Knowledge - Basic knowledge of general administrative/clerical processes - Broad knowledge of administration, report generation and database inputs Skills - Ability to work effectively to tight, fixed timescales - Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel - Interpersonal & communication skills (telephone, clarity,...) - Customer oriented - Ability to easily adapt to different situations, efficient in stressful situations - Thoroughness - Resourceful, incentiveness - Very rigorous and organized Language - Fluent in English, verbal and written |

1. Support SmartQuote PriceBooks creation - Support the person that centrally creates PSG PriceBooks. - Link with the PSG countries SmartQuote leads, SalesOps, the PSG EMEA Category process expert to find solutions to potential issues. - Drive change to improve processes. 2. Support the EMEA central OPG support team - Be the escalation point for the EMEA central OPG support team to drive solutions to the different issues met by the ACMs in the creation of their non big deal OPGs - Be the expert on the non big deal approval rules, update rules and maintain approvers list |
