The suitable candidate will possess:

Proficiency in both German and English languages;
Very good Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
Windows XP operating system;
Knowledge of Active Directory is an advantage;
Excellent troubleshooting capability;
Previous successful customer service experience is considered an advantage;
Strong analytical, technical, problem solving and organizational skills;
Process and procedure oriented;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
Team player, self motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to handle changing priorities;
Able to communicate problems/issues to customers in a non-technical manner;
Responsabilitati / Realizari
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build on and develop their career within IT Support as part of a global organization.
The focus of this position will be on providing proactive 1st line technical support for IT systems including Outlook, Microsoft Office and Active Directory. You will be handling incidents via telephone and email, logging issues, managing and prioritizing your workload and liaising with 2nd/ 3rd line support teams where necessary.
