Trade Finance Business Knowledge Letters of Credit (Imp/Exp) Guarantees and Standby LC\'s Collections Bills Financing Cash letters Shipping Guarantees Departmental limits Factoring - Experience in a implementing a trade services system from an end user point of view or as a consultant implementing the system. - Systems knowledge of one of the following is a plus: Misys Trade Innovation, Misys Trade Portal, Surecomp, China System, Bank Trade - Willingness to travel 70% of the time to our client base. - Languages Proficiency in English |

| Responsabilitati / Realizari | |||||
|
- Liaise with the clients to analyze, determine and document the customer’s business requirements - Carry out the installation of Misys applications and designated 3rd party products - Advise the client on housekeeping tasks that allow the client to maintain and improve system performance - Liaise with the client, Project Managers and Sales and Solution Consulting to understand the client’s conversion, go-live and rollout strategies and to ensure that the solution meets the client’s business needs. - Design & present training courses to our customers - Document problem resolution to make them available for future reference by other Consultants, e.g. useful notes - Provide information, advice, guidance and updates throughout the project lifecycle in order to assist management to eliminate risks and increase the likelihood of project success - Proposing suggestions for additions and improvements to the software - Communicating status, findings, and progress on a regular basis |
