In 2006 opened the HP Bucharest-based operations center - Global E-Business Operation Centre. The Bucharest centre aim was to to provide high-value and cost-effective remote processing services to customers in the EMEA-region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). Presently, we are one of the largest employers in Romania with almost 1500 specialists with multi-lingual capabilities to support financial and administrative business processes for partners and customers in the region.
Our market is complex, but HP works simple: our structures are straightforward, grouping people and their skills in business or product sectors where they’ll stimulate each other and work best together by flourishing new ideas and ways of constantly improving the business.
Cerinte
We’re looking for fresh graduates with Economical background, from universities or colleges.
Advanced English and Hebrew are mandatory (both written and spoken).
A proactive, customer oriented, positive attitude with the ability to work either independently or as part of a cross functional, multi cultural team is a must. You should have enthusiasm for change and passion for learning. Good problem solving skills and leadership potential are also key abilities. Good communication skills along with some work experience or participation in meaningful extra- curricular activities related to your chosen field make you a good candidate.
MS Office Suit knowledge (mainly Excel and Word) is a must while previous experience in customer support will be highly considered, but not mandatory.
Responsabilitati
We don’t expect you to already have specific technical skills or previous professional experience. If this exists, would be highly considered.

Credit & Collection – In this role you will learn how to deal with customers from Credit and Collection Analyst position. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely payment of assigned client portfolios and to determine reasons for non-payment. You will build strong and long-lasting customer relationships, will be persistent in understanding the issues of nonpayment and will be able to address and to resolve those issues with support from specialists. You will establish and maintain a professional working relationship at multiple levels with multiple business partners.
Project Controller – You will be part of a team that is usually specialized in accounting and financial. You will be also involved in the month end processes, sales order booking, financial report analysis, invoicing.
