Cerinte

Required Experience:
• At least 2-5 years experience of Adobe Flash programming;
• A good understanding of software architecture and design principles;
• Preferable experience in front-end Web development;
• Track-record with “Dynamic Flash applications” (with interaction with data layer (Database, XML) and business logic (Web services, Java or .NET business logic applications);
• Good understanding of Object oriented Design and Database Design;
• Ability for refactoring;
• Ability to accurate estimate implementation effort.

Responsabilitati

As a Adobe Flash Senior Developer/Team Leader you will:
• Participate in the requirements, analysis and design, implementation, testing and deployment of software systems based on .NET technologies;
• Assure quality for your deliverables;
• Develop complex applications for the web, both server and client side;
• Lead a team of developers;
• Represent team to external groups;
• Plan and manage workload for a team;
• Transform customer needs and requirements into technical specifications;
• Develop architecture and solutions to fit requirements;
• Report development progress to Project Manager.
