TECHNICAL SKILLS: Degree in Computer Science, or student in terminal year Knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Windows or other relevant OS-system Knowledge of Network, Java, SQL / PL-SQL and communication technologies Knowledge of Oracle Database or Oracle Application is a plus Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Another European language, ie French, German, Italian, Spanish desirable. PERSONAL SKILLS: Strong customer focus and result orientation Self motivated and resourceful Good analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work across cultures in an international context Systematic work method Preference for working in an international cooperative team environment Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new technology quickly Preference to work in teams Ability to establish a high level of credibility in the field Take personal ownership of the delivery of agreed objectives |

Create Service Reports: Reviewing performance against SLS (Service Level Standards); ReviewING technical operations such as performance, capacity, and configuration Review Customer Documentation Supervise / Work with operational delivery teams to: ensure smooth implementations of changes; ensure low failure rate during Implementation of Change; reduce risk of incidents caused by Changes; reduce testing time and cycle; reduce requested downtimes; ensure better scheduling and usage of internal resources Review and follow up RCA process Supervise and advice customer driven Change Management |
