We are servicing our corporate clients by searching, attracting, selecting and presenting the most suitable IT&C specialists in order to complete their teams, as well as consulting them with regard to their present and potential human resources needs.

Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in computer science or high school degree, combined with relevant experience;
• Fluent in both German and English language, capable to communicate with non-Romanian parties on a daily basis;
• Proficiency in computer operating (especially MS Office, Internet browsing and databases) and the ticket logging tool, currently Remedy;
• Customer oriented for complain management, reliable and good team player;
• Be a calm and patient individual, especially under stress, and possess a strong capacity of persuasion;
• Good understanding and handling of procedures and organisational issues;
• Being personally flexible and willing to adopt new approaches;
• Understanding, connecting and dealing with issues related to various business areas;
• Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Previous work in international companies is an advantage.

Responsabilitati

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of ticket quality such as the following of rules and procedures, the correct assignment of tickets and addressing issues directly with IT support team members;
• Handling complains by following them, reporting on causes and providing feedback;
• Checking and following up on incidents’ feedback provided by users;
• Defining and improving of the guideline book to be followed by all IT;
• Giving and accepting feedback on an ongoing basis;
• Implementing quality improvement strategies;
• Supporting the optimization of processes;
• Training and assisting new QA Analysts.
