- 2-3 years ideally in FMCG company
- Master s Degree
- Entrepreneur Spirit , Marketing and Consumer Behavior sensitivity
- Research and market data analysis
- Knowledge of local retail dynamics and environment
- Basic Finance knowledge
- Advertising and media planning knowledge
- Ability to adapt advertising creative material
- Marketing Consumer sensitivity
- English and/or French
Responsabilitati
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
- Execute the local adaptation of advertising creative material; liaise with media buying agency
- Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for product(s)
- Analyse market and consumer data and make recommendations to management
- Interact efficiently with other departments (sales, logistics ) to support marketing objectives
- Track purchase orders in marketing Business Driver Budget and prepare sales forecasts
