Requirements
- Master’s Degree
- Business school/ economics diploma
- Junior with potential
- Sensitivity to the beauty business
- Flexibility, energy, entrepreneurship, result and solution oriented, analytical skills
- English and/or French
Responsibilities
- To contribute to the growth of a brand on his / her market, by driving new product launches and pushing growth on pillar products through the implementation of promotional and advertising excellence for a specific product.
- Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
- Execute the local adaptation of advertising creative material; liaise with media buying agency
- Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for product(s)
- Analyse market and consumer data and make recommendations to management
- Interact efficiently with other departments (sales, logistics ) to support marketing objectives
- Track purchase orders in marketing PPP budget for product(s) and prepare sales forecasts

The chosen candidate will start in Sales for 1 year, and after will take a place as Junior Product Manager on one of the Group's brands.
