GHF Derivatives Romania is involved in Trading domain on the five major futures exchanges in the world. The Futures industry is a major participant in the global economy.

Cerinte

- Education background: Only Graduates/Post graduates or MBA’s with engineering, commerce/economics, Accounting and Finance, Science and Mathematics backgrounds from top institutes with good academic records.
- Working experience: None required. Candidates must have completed their courses, as this is a full time job.
- Skills: Ideal candidates should have a natural flair for numbers and the ability to take quick decisions under pressure and to handle multi-task in a fast-paced business environment. Proficient in both written and oral English.
- Other requirements: Self-motivated passion for achieving success, have no limits and achieved success in other walks of life. Candidates should be willing to work in European and US timings.

Responsabilitati

GHF is a multinational company that has its head office in London and operates numerous proprietary trading branches in Asia and Europe. Their trading activity is purely trading of financial derivatives on European and US Exchanges.
The job involves trading of interest rate futures and presents a unique opportunity for Romanian individuals to work in the field of Derivatives in the world’s most liquid and well developed markets. Selected candidates will be taken through a training program to take them to the first level of expertise. The work is highly intensive and challenging and is suitable only for those, who have a passion for this job and who wish to develop their careers in this area with a long term perspective.
Compensation will consist of fixed salary along with performance linked bonus which far outweighs the basic salary for a good performer over a period of time. The employee will be remunerated directly on his/her trading results with no reference to results of other employees. There is no selling or broking or marketing involved at all.
