We are servicing our corporate clients by searching, attracting, selecting and presenting the most suitable IT&C specialists in order to complete their teams, as well as consulting them with regard to their present and potential human resources needs.

Candidate profile Experience:
1. Technical expertise of IT systems and service platforms monitoring tools.
2. Project management knowledge.
3. Operational experience needed
4. 2 – 3 years experience with: HTML, JAVA(Websphere), PHP DB: MySQL
5. Interpersonal skills (Communication, client management and negotiation skills, including fluency in foreign languages).

Responsabilitati

Ensure in transversal mode to all Shared Services Center (SSPO) teams the right level of support in the area of IT and applications support as well as on line documentation development and posting.

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure continuous support for existing applications and IT tools required on daily basis for SSPO operations. In case of outage or problems liaise with hosting entities to troubleshoot and take all appropriate actions to minimize down time.
2. To be involved in all tools evolutions and new tools introduction, make sure that their comply with company policies and operations objectives.
3.Provide accurate support to manage alarm threshold and filtering as per the business requirements.
4.With regards to on line documentation manage the specific SSPO web site, both from a development perspective to accommodate new needs but also from a document posting and referencing perspective.

Essential to the job:

Excellent communication skills with good persuasiveness (prefferably previous interactions with France based teams working on design and implementation of new services).
Fluency written and spoken in English
French would be a plus.
