In Catalyst, lucram anual cu peste 200 dintre cei mai mari angajatori din Romania pentru pozitii de absolventi, specialisti si manageri. Pentru ca interactionam cu un numar mare de angajatori, suntem in contact constant cu cele mai multe din oportunitatile de pe piata. Industriile pe care ne concentram sunt IT, Telecom, BPO, Bancar, FMCG pentru proiecte care implica experienta de pana la 7 ani. Pentru tinerii absolventi interesati de oportunitati, suntem implicati anual in recrutarea pentru cele mai importante programe de management trainee de pe piata. |

- University degree, preferable in IT or related area - Good knowledge of Java Technology (frameworks and application development using this programming language - At least 2 years of relevant experience - Able to work independent as well as part of a team - Fluent English&German - Analytical skills - Detail and result oriented - Customer and service oriented - Availability to travel abroad(Germany) |

| Responsabilitati / Realizari | |||||
|
- Integrates different Back-end services in centrally comprehensive platforms - Consults internal clients on different integration possibilities - Analyses the functional and technical requirements - Codes, tests, documents, implements applications using different programming languages and platforms related with this technology - Develops Proof-of-Concepts and prototypes of easy-to-navigate User Interfaces (UI) according to customer requests - Use of internal aplications and tools - Comply to internal development standards - Follow instructions and development phases according to internal processes (like IT Governance) - Writes technical documents related to the developed products conforming to the company standards - Assist the country organisations in installation and operation tasks related to the interface systems - Transmits know-how to newer colleagues and helps them integrate fast in the organization |
