The Microsoft Global Technical Support Centre in Bucharest provides technical service and support for Microsoft’s European Enterprise and Developer customers. | Responsabilitati / Realizari | |||||
|
• Participate to Microsoft trainings on different technologies; • Shadowing existing employees in solving high complexity technical cases for our clients; • Solve demo cases; • Technical research activities in order to find the best solution for demo cases or even real cases; • Team work activities; • Experience one month of being Microsoft employee. |
