    Requirements:

    Qualifications
    - University degree in psychology, business administrations or comparable;
    - Fluency in English, both written and spoken (French is a plus);
    - Excellent Microsoft Office skills (esp. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

    Experience & Key skills
    - Mandatory: Previous experience in IT recruitment- at least two years
    - Customer focused attitude with strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
    - Excellent interpersonal, intercultural and organizational skills;
    - Self-starter, quick learner mentality and team player spirit.

    Responsabilitati


    Responsibilities:

    - Identifies suitable IT candidates, according to the desired profile (agreed upfront with the Hiring Managers);
    - Uses head-hunting and direct search techniques (cold-calling, networking) in order to track down suitable candidates;
    - Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
    - Uses various online tools and data bases in the search and selection process;
    - Works with hiring manager and HR to define recruitment profiles/necessary skills and validate researched candidate pool;
    - Keeps all the necessary correspondence with the selected candidates (eg: interim notifications, rejection letters, etc);
    - Conducts the entire recruitment process - (from phone screenings or Skype pre-interviews with the selected candidates up to final step);
    - Maintains candidate data base up to date;
    - Elaborates various reports and summaries regarding all projects, as required;
    - Maintains the communication with recruitment agencies.
