    The Marketing Assistant should be a highly motivated individual, possess a sense of urgency, motivation to learn, ability to prioritize workload, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently. Duties include copywriting, creation, coordination and implementation of communication projects both internal and external.

    Important Skills:
    • English knowledge is required.
    • Copywriting capabilities is a must.
    • Conceptual understanding of marketing as brand building tool.
    • Relevant Moldova marketing experience is a plus.
    • Communication skills, relationship management and empathy.
    • Strong team player.


    Responsabilitati

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Execute the defined programs in regards with employer brand communications.
    2. Implement actions for reinforcing Employee engagement throughout the year.
    3. Assist with writing any formal and informal messages based on our communication strategy using Stefanini templates for Romania and Moldova.
    4. Execute needed Corporate communications mainly related to HR and Recruitment events – internal and external.

    Secondary Responsibilities:

    5. Places orders and assure the follow up with all the different marketing suppliers.
    6. Prepare marketing materials for all activities.
    7. Keep updated Romania & Moldova events & PR calendar.
    8. Prepares monthly reports for Romania & Moldova activities.
    9. Secure actions we decided for reinforce Employee engagement throughout the year.
