Full Stack Team Leader (AngularJS & NodeJS)

Technical knowledge:

We are looking for someone with 5+ years experience in the following skills and experience:
Project experience with design patterns, MVC, OOP;
Expert knowledge of HTML5 / CSS3 / JavaScript;
Expert knowledge of NodeJS including ExpressJS;
Expert knowledge of EmberJS/AngularJS or other front-end javascript library;
Project experience with TDD;
Experience of MongoDB a bonus;
Amazon Web Services (AWS) experience is essential.

Overall responsibilities:

Work closely with other project team members (engineers, designers and project managers);
Build and maintain complex JavaScript applications;
Deliver high-quality outputs at all stages of development, from documentation to code;
Communicate clearly with both clients and colleagues;
Work within project timelines.

Project summary:

The scope of the project is to develop a IoT web application that will serve to controle the energy/lyghts in the office buildings.

We have 1700 sensors sending 20 pieces of data every 5 minutes. That data needs to be aggregated into current, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly data with roll-up by site, building, floor, area, sub-area and room. It’s big data stuff!

The application development will be made using latest technologies in Front-end programming and will be managed using Agile Scrum methodology. Other flavours of the application include HTML 5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, NodeJS, EmberJS, TDD, MongoDB, Amazon Web Services.
