    Requirements

    - University graduated or final year student
    - 1-2 years of professional experience in a human resources role, ideally in an international environment or IT
    - Experience in personnel administration
    - Knowledge of Romanian labor legislation
    - Fluency in English
    - The following aspects are desired, but not mandatory: knowledge of SAP HR, diploma of HR Inspector and tax exemption process knowledge
    - Very detail oriented and organized, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player, have initiatives and can do attitude.

    Responsibilities

    - 6 months determined period with the possibility of contract extension
    - Personnel Administration: prepare/check employment contracts, addendums, certificates and different related documents/reports
    - Time Reporting: support the HR Admin team members when needed with activities related to timesheets administration
    - Mobility: provides administrative support to the team members that are handling the international assignments (A1 forms, secondment letters, double taxation, etc)
    - Tax exemption process: handling the documents for the tax exemption
    - Health& Safety: preparing the health and safety documents, organizing trainings
    - Any other new challenging responsibility which might be handled according to your experience.
