    For our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing we are looking for a Partner Communication & Support with Italian language.

    The Partner Enablement team (Partner Communication and Partner Support) manages the applications within the Partner First Portal ecosystem and all the processes that enable company stakeholders to achieve their business objectives.

    Requirements:

    - University degree;
    - Experience with graphics editorial software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Captivate, Flash;
    - Strong proficiency with MS Office (especially MS Excel), and HTML editorial (SharePoinet designer, FrontPage) knowledge or other HTML editors;
    - Knowledge of CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics, SalesForce, Oracle Siebel) would be a plus;
    - Understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS);
    - Fluent in English and Italian languages;
    - Work with competing priorities and manage multiple tasks;
    - Excellent editorial and communication skills (verbal, written and presentation);
    - Advanced time management skills (ability to manage and organize own time, be detail oriented and deliver consistently on schedule);
    - Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Drives multiple complex operational processes, such as: monitoring and ensuring that all areas of Partner Portal have sufficient content for each of our targeted partner category; managing the communication calendar to ensure the right mix and frequency of communications to partners;
    - Acts as a project manager for moderately complex, small to medium projects;
    - Act as the Front-end focal point for EMEA region partner inquiries via web, email or telephone;
    - Provide tools and program support to partners;
    - Produces moderately to highly complex deliverables, analyses and reports using business applications;
    - Drives continuous process refinement and improvement by applying a solid understanding of internal business processes and policies;
    - Understands complex business issues and makes appropriate business language;
    - Provides guidance and leadership to entry level employees.
