EQUITONE is a through-coloured facade material designed by and for architects. Our company has produced these façade panels since the 1950´s¨. Every EQUITONE panel is unique, showing the raw, untreated texture of the fibre cement base material. Fibre cement is a cement composite material that consists of cement, cellulose and mineral materials, reinforced by a visible matrix. Nothing else.
The EQUITONE material comes in a maximum panel size of 1,25 x 3m (4´x 10´) and can be transformed in any size or shape in the workshop or on-site. Furthermore, the material can be perforated or printed. Visible and invisible rainscreen fixing methods include riveting, screwing and bonding on metal or wood supporting frames. No matter what design options you explore, the through-coloured nature of EQUITONE assures crisp, monolithic details.

• Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organization;
• Ability to maintain a high calling rate as well as to assess the different key influencers;
• Excellent time management skills; ability to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail;
• Capacity to work in an international environment;
• Has the patience to stick to strategies until results follow;
• Personal traits: independent, communicative, flexible, trustworthy, well-organized;
• Strong operational background;
• Commercial behavior and thinking.
• Operational experience (2-3 years) within a sales environment – lead development, tele-prospecting or call center experience;
• Background in economics or technical environment;
• Aptitude to acquire sales skills and technical material knowledge;
• Very good English, Hungarian and Romanian language skills;
• PC literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Identify opportunities, qualify leads and contact inbound and outbound qualified leads;
• Acquire in depth knowledge of our architectural materials and deliver that knowledge to prospects. The lead development representative is the first line of contact in the sales cycle and must be able to communicate the value proposition and material characteristics;
• Answer customers’ questions;
• Schedule appointments for the sales force with an emphasis on high quality leads;
• Document, track and monitor all leads and activities in CRM tool;
• Build a solid understanding of sales concepts including lead management process, sales/marketing automation through our CRM system;
• Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives;
• Follow up with prospects who responded to marketing programs and campaigns;
• Use of initiative to identify and follow up on opportunities with external companies;
• Act as support for the sales team;
• Other administrative tasks, if necessary.
