    For our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing we are looking for a Special Pricing with German language. The Special Pricing delivers support for the Sales Organization by providing quality pricing analysis and follow-up on possible deals of the sales representative with the partner/customer.

    Requirements:

    - Bachelor/Master degree in Business or Sales or equivalent experience;
    - Minimum 1 year of experience with Special Pricing area;
    - General computer skills (Windows), specific experience in working with MS Excel and MS Outlook;
    - Fluent in English and medium level with German languages;
    - Accuracy and ease with numbers;
    - Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation);
    - Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills;
    - Strong teamwork skills; excellent organizational skills;
    - Advanced time management skills.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    - Manages sales administrator tasks on behalf sales representative by customer call, e-mail and assigned activities or service requests;
    - Coordinates existing sales administrator processes on behalf of the sales representative including: checks configuration and quote for (non-) complex quote request; responsible for triggering the internal process; creates and updates opportunities in the opportunity management tool;
    - Provide to the team of sales professionals, the pre-sales support to deliver the best solution regarding products and services;
    - Deal coordination, including deal entry and pricing coordination;
    - Implements process changes as agreed with team leader;
    - Responsible for ensuring the right documentation is available for deals;
    - Respect and help rest of pricing team members in their operational needs.
