Lead Android Developer

The company comprises 2 divisions specialized on its core capabilities: ENGINEERING and IT. These two divisions are: ALTEN TECHNO and ALTEN IT.

• Minimum 5 years experience.
• Technical design and development of customer-oriented mobile application systems on various platforms (iOS, Android, REST APIs).
• Experience with 4.5-Star Apps with fast-paced release cycles.
• Deep knowledge in Agile and Scrum frameworks with experience in Product releases.
• Be able to work in a global environment with mixed teams and mixed cultures at different time zones.
• Experience with best industry standards – applying coding guidelines.
• Able to plan and provide appropriate software documentation.
• Master fluent English - German is a plus.
• A college degree with a focus on computer science / computer science economy.
• Understanding of complex data structures and information.

• Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, high load capacity skills.
• Able to work inside the team and also independently with strong initiative driver.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities while focusing on quality.

• Lead a Mobile Development team.
• Driver of quality indicators, promote the integration of non-functional testing (security, performance, UX) into continuous integration cycle.
• Create integration environment, testing and deployment strategies for the Mobile Development Team.
• Lead prototypes initiatives – understand the need and the effect of Proof of Concept strategies.
• Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Masters, UX designers, security specialists, internal and external developers and other groups to identify technical and functional needs.
• Level 3 Support afford Apps for customer-Mobile and ensure a high level of production stability and 5-star quality.
• Lead the team through collaboration and social skills – work successful with other departments – understand the term TEAM as a unit and not as a single person.
