As the business world changes, can you keep the pace?
• Checks and validates that all entries are complying with the specific client requirements;
• Performs month-end reports;
• Checking completeness and correctness of documents and archiving documents in SAP/data base
• Receive client requests and ensure resolution in a timely manner according to the policies and processes
• Use all appropriate communication channels to communicate with the internal team in order to solve all received requests.
• Is responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding the activities in area of responsibility.
• Is aware, understands and applies department policies, procedures and processes and proposes improvements that will increase department results and efficiency.
