    Requirements

    - University degree in Finance/ Economics;
    - 2-3 years of finance experience, preferably in a multinational environment;
    - Good understanding of accounting principles and IFRS knowledge;
    - Proficiency in spoken and written English;
    - Strong Excel and Power Point skills;
    - Experience in working with cross-geographical and cross-functional teams;
    - Finance/ Accounting qualification would be a plus.

    Responsibilities

    - Ensure completeness and accuracy of all financial records (IFRS and local GAAP);
    - Review monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (including tax, VAT ledgers, payroll, prepayments, accruals and more) using appropriate functionalities of internal systems and by liaising with relevant teams;
    - Complete sign off of annual Financial Statements and Corporate Tax for the assigned entities (e.g. deliver information and reconciliations required by external providers and auditors, critically reviewing the annual accounts and the tax computation ;)
    - Actively participating in the year-end and monthly financial close through G/L review (balance sheet, P&L ) and suggesting any adjustments needed;
    - Being proactive in reviewing financial information, identifying exception / inconsistencies, initiate action and follow-up for logical closure;
    - Optimize working capital outcomes, with particular focus on accrued income, deferred income, accounts receivable, related aging, and identifying actions/driving to completion;
    - Work together with Group Finance for reports and disclosures related to group accounts, tax work etc;
    - Building and maintaining relationships with external service providers, driving timely engagement completion, while seeking out efficiencies;
    - Deal with local reporting and requirements to different institutions: national bank, statistics institute, tax authorities;
    - Ensure the reporting deadlines are met (both internal and statutory).
