    In that sense, we’re looking for a Management Assistant for the CGMSC division and who is also the Personal Assistant to the division’s director.

    • Strong communication skills in both Romanian and English. We do talk English most of the time

    • Organizing is your second nature… things tend to get chaotic and then we need your coolness and organization skills to cool down those moments

    • you can stand a joke now and then,

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparation, review & follow-up of allocated costs (invoices, intercompany costs, inter-country costs);
    • Creation and follow-up of work scheduled in collaboration with the team leaders;
    • Organizing and scheduling all CGMSC events & sessions;
    • Organizing & scheduling business travel for CGMSC;
    • Phone calls will be delegated to you for screening or forwarding, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments for the CGMSC management team;
    • Maintain and update database systems, either manually or using a computer;
    • Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints;
    • Process incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail;
    • Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities;
    • Process data and other information, such as records or reports;
    • Provide information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided;
    • Process and prepare memos, correspondence, or other documents;
    • You report directly to the Director Remote Infrastructure Managed Services.
