Accounting Specialist – 6 months with possibility to extend
 
At this job you will have a chance to:

• Hold the responsibility for key accounting processes and projects for the core life insurance areas i.e. premiums, commissions, technical reserves etc.
• Be the guardian of the data quality and control in the assigned area
• Expand your technical accounting knowledge in assigned areas and ensure it is properly managed (collected, developed, shared and effectively used)
• Coach junior accountants in order to grow their skills and maintain their high level of motivation and engagement
• Be part of a highly effective and dynamic finance team, at the heart of the organization
• Have a day-to-day work increasingly stimulating and varied

• Have accounting background and be familiar with technical accounting activities such as premiums, commissions, technical reserves etc.
• Know what it means to assume responsibility for the process or project you are accountable for
• Represent analytical skills and attention to detail enabling you to make sure whatever you and your colleagues do is correct
• Be a fan of efficiency, known by others as problem solver and issue fixer
• Like to think and proceed in a structured and organized way and being able to help others in structuring their work and thinking
