    Telbridge is a company with an established market position in the outsourcing call centers, mainly specializing in insurance, finance and telecommunications. We operate since 2005 solely based on Polish capital. We now employ over 1,500 employees in 6 branches: Czestochowa, Radom, Torun, Warsaw, Kielce and now Bucharest.

    The primary objective of the company is to satisfy the needs of the market related to the sale of products and services by phone. We focus on serving the above sales channels both outbound (outbound - active telemarketing, telesales, questionnaires, debt recovery), as well as inbound traffic (inbound - customer service, line ordering, help line).

    We believe that the success of our call center services is mainly due to the highly trained and motivated teams of agents that we hire.

    - Bune abilitati de comunicare;
    - Rigurozitate in indeplinirea sarcinilor si atentie sporita la detalii;
    - Capacitatea de a prioritiza activitatile si de a gestiona eficient timpul;
    - Capacitate de luare a deciziilor in timp util si respectare a deadline-urilor;
    - Orientare catre client, catre rezultate, bine organizat,
    - Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel avansat reprezinta un avataj;
    - Bune cunostinte de operare PC , internet, email si a pachetului MS Office.
    - Suntem deschisi si catre incepatori cu idei si initiativa.

    Responsabilitati

    - Sustine Sales Managerul-ul in procesul de cautarea de noi parteneri pentru companie;
    - Urmareste derularea contractelor;
    - Realizeaza si sustine activitatile si procesele desfasurate in cadrul Departamentului de Vanzari;
    - Urmareste comenzile primite de la beneficiari;
    - Organizeaza agenda de lucru a Sales Manager-ului;
    - Intocmeste rapoarte zilnice si periodice;
    - Tine evidenta si intocmeste oferte pe diferite canale de distributie;
    - Gestioneaza documentele primite de la clienti necesare pentru intocmirea contractelor;
    - Acorda asistenta in procesul de negociere, vanzare si cumparare;
    - Mentine si dezvolta portofoliul de clienti;
    - Expediaza oferte catre clienti si echipa de vanzari.
