Social Media Manager

As part of our team, you will be working on an elaborate architecture that is designed for big computing workloads, micro-services, database acceleration, high volume batch processing, high volume stream data analysis, large-scale and real-time data processing, high traffic web applications, latency sensitive workloads, machine learning, advanced analytics, and more.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, ever-changing environment
• Extensive experience with and knowledge of social media marketing
• Proven track record in driving tangible business results from the use of social media
• A strong grasp of paid social media marketing
• Passionate about creating unique and compelling work in the digital space
• Deep understanding of marketing analytics
• Excellent judgment in identifying potential risks and opportunities

• Define and develop the Bigstep social media strategy in line with wider marketing and business objectives;
• Own the social media editorial and campaigns calendar, ensuring content is published at the right times, targeted to the right audiences and tailored to the right channels;
• Manage social media campaigns through inception, brief, execution and evaluation;
• Ensure integration of marketing campaigns across all social media channels;
• Establish the company social media channels as main referrals for the Bigstep website and other digital assets;
• Engage in conversation with the Bigstep community via traditional social media channels, meetup groups, Quora;
• Report weekly on traditional social media KPIs;
