As a Social Media Advisor, you will be dealing with customer comments or queries where they have communicated through a variety of different social networking websites. You will ensure all queries and enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner through the use of this media.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in an environment where you are encouraged to work using your own initiative and really make a difference to the customers. As part of the Social Media team, you will be exploring the advantages of social networking sites and building relationships with customers online.

The responses will be free text, enabling you to tailor each response to the individual customer. As a result, it is imperative that you are highly skilled in written communication.

You will need to be clear in both your written and verbal communication and ensure to resolve the customer`s queries effectively and efficiently in a positive and engaging manner. You will provide an excellent shopping experience, ensuring all areas of quality and compliance are adhered to.
