    Requirements

    - Proactive and results oriented person;
    - Responsible, opened, good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines;
    - Team player;
    - High level of communication skills and diplomacy;
    - Advanced level of English and very good knowledge of Business English terms;
    - German is a plus;
    - University/ Faculty of Business Administration will be a plus.

    Responsibilities

    - Partner's right hand;
    - Drafts contracts for clients;
    - Prepares invoices for clients and different reports for the management;
    - Handles mail and correspondence (letters, faxes, confidential documents);
    - Maintains the relationship with the company's clients, updates the client database;
    - Keeps, archives and updates general interest documents;
    - Organises/participates of seminars with the German/Austrian chambers and with the German business clubs;
    - Makes travel arrangements, reserves hotel accommodation and travel tickets;
    - Performs various administrative tasks as assigned;
    - Offers support for various marketing activities;
    - Helps in preparing and translating into English and German, if applicable, company's newsletter.
