EMBEDDED HARDWARE DEVELOPER, Location: Cluj-Napoca

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- BS (or MS) in Applied Electronics or related
- Experience on designing systems based on microcontrollers, digital signal processors, ADCs, filters, LNAs
- Experience in designing measurement equipment (measurement principles and electronic implementation) for different measuring configurations is an advantage
- Good knowledge of data acquisition systems and communication protocols (CAN, HART, Fieldbus suite, etc.)
- Experience with CAD software - Schematic and PCB
- Experience with design and requirements specifications along with commonly used tools

- Drive technology/development projects in all phases from specification to release
- Develop analogue and digital electronics hardware to be integrated in business unit's advanced measurements solutions
- Participate in development projects to help teams choose the best embedded business unit solution
- Leverage own knowledge on platform embedded solutions to contribute to ongoing product development work
- Participate in technical and quality reviews of embedded development work
- Handle together with project managers, product/solutions certification
- Create and review specification documents ensuring that the designs are in compliance with relevant international, project specific and internal business unit standards
- Ensure that the engineering documents produced are checked and approved according to the applicable procedures/checklists
- Collaborate with software developers to achieve optimal solution systems
- Be responsible for building and maintaining strong links to Universities and other innovation organizations and eventually coach students working on products
- Maintain and upgrade current product portfolio
