SENIOR IT INFRASTRUCTURE SUPPORT ENGINEER, Location: Oradea

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proven track record of minimal 5 years of experience
- Good understanding of ITIL
- Organized and project-oriented and possess the ability to multi-task whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Able to make quick decision taker
- Great team player
- Good command of English

- Assuring second and third level support in the area of Windows and Exchange Server management, active directory, storage appliances, client management and network-and security solutions
- Creating the design, configuration and management of implementation projects in the above area
- Defining task and service desk team guidance during project implementation
- Maintaining the operational documentation library, which supports the central service team in its daily activities
- Defining the procedures for preventive periodic maintenance
- Assuring improvement areas and advice the infrastructure manager in the creation of the technology road map
- Maintaining and keeping the company’s telecommunication systems running with minimal downtime
- Installing and updating operating systems, office applications, e-mail, virus scan and other personal productivity and security programs
- Supporting employees use systems and applications effectively with minimum time lost on problems and errors
