University degree, or final year student; preferably Technical degree or in the field of Economics
Experienced user of Microsoft Office package (especially Power Point and Excel)
Very good communication skills and fit to work as a team player in a dynamic environment
Focus on continuous learning and personal development
General knowledge about trading correspondence
Advanced knowledge of English and Romanian language
Preparation and delivery of sales reports and other sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
Administration of the department’s database of constructors and architects
Support for B2B Sales Representatives & Technical Advisors regarding their daily activities
Support the Sales team regarding orders, deliveries, stocks, invoices, payments and customers’ sold
Gathering necessary information for the Sales Team in order to substantiate responses to complaints
Preparation and delivery of data for proposals, reports, analyses and mail elaboration
Support in drafting of reports, proposals, presentations, statistics and analyses
Proper functioning of department’s logistics, mail and document management
Preparation of the team participation at customers’ events: presentations, demonstrations, exhibitions etc.
Organization of different events for the department
