    Disponibilitate de lucru in ture/ weekend
    Locatie: Bucuresti, metrou Tineretului/ metrou Piata Muncii

    Responsabilitati

    Preluarea apelurilor telefonice si mesajelor primite de la clientii existenti sau potentialii clienti
    Oferirea de suport clientilor privind produsele si serviciile oferite
    Identificarea de oportunitati de promovare si vanzare a produselor
    Promovarea produselor si serviciilor bancii, prin contactarea telefonica si prin e-mail a potentialilor clienti
    Participarea la campanii pro-active, de retentie sau sondaje prin contactare telefonica si email
