    Cerinte

    - University degree completed, preferably in economics or technical field;
    - Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service field/ logistics/sales support
    - Operating PC (MS Office Package – Outlook, Windows);
    - Advanced English
    - Proactive: taking responsibility, active involvement;
    - Accuracy and ease of expression, self-control and independent decision making;
    - Capacity planning, organization;
    - Results oriented;
    - Customer service orientation;
    - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Responsabilitati

    - Deals directly with customers and sales team by telephone or e-mail;
    - Receives and records orders from customers in internal ERP;
    - Submit customers’ orders acknowledgment, controls the products delivery flow and solves issues appeared;
    - Receives, records and follows-up until resolving the quality complaints;
    - Communicates open orders list to customers and delivery up-dated schedule to each customer;
    - Maintains relationship with customers;
    - Interacts with all internal departments (especially warehouse, accountancy and sales);
    - Sales analysis and reports;
    - Performs any other specific tasks, according to management requirements.
