    For our client, 360 Insights we are looking for a person that would be responsible for all human resources functions and assist in company’s HR issues & projects in accordance with Romanian regulatory requirements & company’s strategy and culture.


    Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
    Minimum 2 years of all round HR experience;

    Skills (including technical and people skills):
    Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate with people from different background and levels;
    Good spoken & written English;
    Good computing skill especially in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

    Other Requirements:
    Attentive to details & result-oriented with flexible & positive thinking;
    A team player with pleasant personality and the ability to work independently;
    Dedication and good determination to meet deadlines.

    Responsabilitati

    Oversee the recruitment & staffing function and ensure that the vacancies are timely & cost-effectively fulfilled by quality employees as per company procedure, manpower plan & business need;
    Monitor & review local legislation related to labor code and regulations;
    Assist in the formulation & implementation of training & development strategies;
    Assist in reviewing & formulating the manpower plan & personnel cost budget;
    Assist in the development & implementation of HR Information System;
    Compile & review various periodic analytical reports for management review (Headcount & Turnover Analysis, Personnel Cost Analysis, etc.);
    Implement and Review communication materials regularly, e.g., Employee Handbook, Benefits Information & Coverage, to foster a harmonious employee relation & mutual understanding;
    Review Employee Satisfaction results and assist in the implementation & monitoring of remedial actions to enhance employee commitment & satisfaction;
    Assist in the staff development activities as agreed in individual performance management reviews to ensure the plans are carried out timely & appropriately by person and department.
