    Responsibilities

    Register and report customer field issues (regarding products and plants)Receive customer complaints and forward them to Customer Quality Manager
    Define properly the problem into databaseOffer support for problem solving issues regarding customers
    Provide support for interpreting graphics and attend specific meetingsHas a key role in customer communication for field issue
    Ensure field on-site support system diagnostic to apply appropriate problem solving methodology (FTA or 5why)
    Ensure that company's repair and diagnostic requirements are understood and implemented
    Provide training for diagnosis and troubleshooting to customer trainer
